Insurance
The Parish Council now requires that all allotment holders in Wickham Market must have public liability Insurance in order to obtain and maintain a plot. This can be obtained by becoming a member of the Wickham Market Allotment Association which has negotiated allotment insurance with BGI.uk at favourable rates.
Membership of Allotment & Gardens Council (UK)
Membership of the WMAA also gives you associate membership of the Allotment & Gardens Council (UK) which was set up to represent allotment holders and societies in all areas. They provide help and advice on all allotment matters and wherever possible, to safeguard allotment sites by all legal means. They also make available to members benefits which the A&GC(UK) can obtain, e.g. insurance and discounts from seed supplier Dobies.

Seed discounts are available from: Dobies (up to 50%), Fothergills, Thompson & Morgan, Suttons Seeds (discounts may be subject to minimum orders). Seed catalogues for Dobies are available from the Secretary or Site Managers.
Members of the Wickham Market Allotment Association can obtain discounts from the suppliers listed below on production of their membership card.
